I document your day as a solo photographer with a documentary style, live-in-the-moment, methodical documentation with room for spontaneity. Imagine a day of nothing but real-life moments. Photographs that capture the unique and personal aspects of your relationship in a candid yet guided way. Your elopement experience won’t be a stressful production and staged expression. Our time together will be relaxing; full of adventure, humor, excitement, and images that reflect who you are. Who will be our guide for the Jeep Adventure?
It’s me!! I own a separate company called Glacier Jeep Adventures and I will be your driver/guide for the entire day! Rest assured all of the coordination is done by one person and your elopement will be an intimate, stress-free experience.
We would like to have family & friends accompany us but want to do a Jeep Adventure. How does that work?
If you’re having more than 2 guests, we can have everyone meet us at an easy-to-access location for the ceremony. Keep in mind, my jeep has enough room for you both + 2 guests. If your guest count is between 4-6, we could add a secondary Jeep to the tour! Any guest count of more than 6 will have to meet us at the ceremony location.
What does “travel included” mean since we will be riding with you if we choose to have a Jeep Adventure?
This means all of the mileage, costs of travel, and fees are included. No matter where you choose to explore for the day, I will make sure to have road passes, entry passes, and land passes for accessibility! If you are going to adventure by any other means of transportation (plane, boat, etc) I will just need you to reserve me a seat and I’m good to go!
How do you help with the permits?
Once we pick your ceremony location, I will fill out your permit with all of the correct information. All you’ll need to do is email the PDF to Glacier National Park and pay the permit fee. Don’t worry - I have all of the permit information for you.
How much of the planning do you do?
I help with everything! If you have specific questions on planning please let me know in our follow-up visit.
How many people can we have for our elopement/intimate wedding?
I only photograph elopements and intimate weddings with no more than 25 people. Most places in the area only allow up to 25 people and with the planning that I do, I can only accommodate no more than 25.
What are the steps during the booking process?
After you’ve decided on a date, and a package that best fits your vision, and we’ve had our first Zoom call, I will send you an email with the agreement and invoice. The retainer is 25% of the total cost, and the rest is due 30 days prior. You’ll pay the retainer, and sign the agreement. Once I get those back - we will start planning your day!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do! Let me know if you’d like to pay monthly, weekly or bi-weekly, and I can send you the payment plan agreement. All payments must be completed no later than 30 days before your day.
How do we use the print credit?
You’ll receive your high-resolution digital images on an online gallery. The online gallery has a store option where you can directly print your images with several different sizes and styles. I will send you your print credit once your gallery has been delivered and from there you can make an order.
How do we pick what we would like for the picnic meal, snacks, and drinks?
I will be sending you a menu in your questionnaire for you to pick what you’d like. In the questionnaire, I’ll have several questions and spots for you to add information regarding dietary restrictions, what you’d like, etc.
We have several questions about eloping and how to get everything planned. Can you answer our questions?
Absolutely! Once your date is booked, we will dive into all of your questions, answers, and planning the day. Don’t worry - we will also be going over all of this and more when we start planning.
