(We hired her for our engagement shoot, a 2021 wedding, and an interim covid-elopement).
1. We googled/knew the beauty surrounding Glacier, but we would never have known the 15-mile 4x4 trail + scenic mountaintop Aundrea suggested for our elopement. Aundrea drove us up in one Jeep, family/friends in a 2nd Jeep. Way beyond what you expect from your photographer and lots of fun. Apart from having a mountain top to yourself, the coolest part was the surprise our friends/family had. No one was expecting an overlanding adventure up the mountain. They all arrived smiling ear to ear.
2. Super consultative, responsive, and professional. We wanted to be out of view, wanted scenic, wanted our dog present, and didn't want to spend the entire day driving. So what does Aundrea do? She sent us an epic photo portfolio of options to consider. Mountain tops, rivers, fire lookouts, etc... We chose one and then she planned the entire day. Departure time, location, sunset, angles, etc... all hands off, well beyond expectation from a photographer.
3. She's rad, super cool, and warm personality. We vibe'd over music during our engagement shoot. She showed us the bars in Columbia Falls, and while we were 4x4'ing up the mountainside, she had a genuine excitement & conversation that really eased the moment for my fiancé and I.
Put it all together, we were lucky to find her and gracious for stories (& photos!) we'll have to share. Aundrea planned, organized, led and, of course, photographed everything. Once we pick your ceremony location, I will fill out your permit with all of the correct information. All you’ll need to do is email the PDF to Glacier National Park and pay the permit fee. Don’t worry - I have all of the permit information for you.

I help with everything! If you have specific questions on planning please let me know in your initial inquiry email.

I only photograph elopements and intimate weddings with no more than 25 people. Most places in the area only allow up to 25 people and with the planning that I do, I can only accommodate no more than 25.

After you’ve decided on a date, and a package that best fits your vision, and we’ve had our first zoom/call, I will send you an email with the agreement and invoice. The retainer is 25% of the total cost, and the rest is due 30 days prior. You’ll pay the retainer, and sign the agreement. Once I get those back - we will start planning your day!

It’s me!! I own a separate company called Glacier Jeep Adventures and I will be your driver/guide for the entire day! Rest assured all of the coordination is done by one person and your elopement will be an intimate, stress-free experience.

There are several ways you can do this! We can have everyone meet us at an easy-to-access location for the ceremony, or if you’re having a small number of guests we could add a secondary Jeep to the tour! Keep in mind, my jeep has enough room for you both + 2 guests.

Yes! I offer 4 different packages, 2 with the Jeep Adventure and 2 without. Please inquire with me for full package and pricing information.

This means all of the mileage, costs of travel, and fees are included. No matter where you choose to explore for the day, I will make sure to have road passes, entry passes, and land passes for accessibility! If you are going to adventure by any other means of transportation (plane, boat, etc) I will just need you to reserve me a seat and I’m good to go!

You’ll receive your high-resolution digital images on an online gallery. The online gallery has a store option where you can directly print your images with several different sizes and styles. I will send you your print credit once your gallery has been delivered and from there you can make an order.

I will be sending you a menu in your questionnaire for you to pick what you’d like. In the questionnaire, I’ll have several questions and spots for you to add information regarding dietary restrictions, what you’d like, etc.
