ZOOM MEET UP’S AND PLANNING CALLS
I am professional, yet personable when it comes to working with me for your wedding. This is an intimate experience; I will be with you the entire day, documenting your most personal and private moments. Trusting your photographer and feeling comfortable working together beforehand is key to a relaxing experience. By the time your day rolls around, we will have a solid friendship. VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON VENUE TOURING
I like to be prepared for the big day and that includes doing my research beforehand. I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings throughout Montana, but there is the occasional venue I have yet to photograph. If your venue is new to me, you can guarantee we will be scouting it together! We will explore the locations, and discuss the best lighting of the day, things to watch for, and things to keep in mind. If your venue is within 50 miles of Columbia Falls, I can meet with you at your venue for a pre-wedding walkthrough. If you’re further away, let’s explore via Zoom!

A CUSTOMIZED PHOTOGRAPHY TIMELINE
I will create a custom, never replicated, wedding day timeline for your photography. Generic timelines sometimes work but a lot of the time don’t. Your timeline should be custom-designed to the needs of your day specifically while keeping the venue lighting, locations, and other vendor’s needs in mind. It also is important to have enough time for the photographer to document each part of the day. Some photographers need a lot of time, others don’t. It sounds like a lot and it is. That’s why I am more than happy to do it - so you and your planner don’t have to.
