I do not pick and choose my favorite images to deliver, instead, I wrap everything into one, so you can avoid choosing which memories are most important. You’ll receive all your images from your day! How about activities? Maybe you’re thinking a private bout tour through the mountains on top of emerald waters, or a scenic tour through Glacier. Maybe you’re thinking of a rugged jeep adventure to the top of a mountain all to yourselves. Once you’ve filled out the questionnaire, and have all of your ideas jotted down, I will review your form and create a customized location list based on the type of experience you’d like to have.

Once we’ve narrowed down the day, I will create a custom timeline to use as our guide for everything you want to do and all of the moments in between. Your timeline will packed with all of your activities, go-to locations, and of course time for spontaneous opportunities.

Document all of the moments through out the day; pre-ceremony, the adventures to your ceremony location, the ceremony, couples photographs, sunset coverage, activities and any evening festivities. 6-mile round trip hike, as well as exploring paved roads and dirt roads; we can even hop out of the jeep onto a boat, an airplane, a helicopter, or even a hot air balloon – the sky is the limit!

It’s me!! I own a separate company called Glacier Jeep Adventures and I will be your driver/guide for the entire day! Rest assured all of the coordination is done by one person and your elopement will be an intimate, stress-free experience.

There are several ways you can do this! We can have everyone meet us at an easy-to-access location for the ceremony, or if you’re having a small number of guests we could add a secondary Jeep to the tour! Keep in mind, my jeep has enough room for you both + 2 guests.

Yes! I offer 4 different packages, 2 with the Jeep Adventure and 2 without. Please inquire with me for full package and pricing information.

This means all of the mileage, costs of travel, and fees are included. No matter where you choose to explore for the day, I will make sure to have road passes, entry passes, and land passes for accessibility! If you are going to adventure by any other means of transportation (plane, boat, etc) I will just need you to reserve me a seat and I’m good to go!

Once we pick your ceremony location, I will fill out your permit with all of the correct information. All you’ll need to do is email the PDF to Glacier National Park and pay the permit fee. Don’t worry - I have all of the permit information for you.

I only photograph elopements and intimate weddings with no more than 25 people. Most places in the area only allow up to 25 people and with the planning that I do, I can only accommodate no more than 25.

After you’ve decided on a date, and a package that best fits your vision, and we’ve had our first zoom/call, I will send you an email with the agreement and invoice. The retainer is 25% of the total cost, and the rest is due 30 days prior. You’ll pay the retainer, and sign the agreement. Once I get those back - we will start planning your day!
