The amount of time you’ll need for your day varies significantly based on what parts of the day you want documented, where you’d like to go, what you’d like to see and experience.

2-Hour Elopement Package

Best For: Couples who want a simple, intimate ceremony and couples' portraits within West Glacier / Lake McDonald District with minimal travel.

What's Included: Coverage of your ceremony and couples' portraits at/around your ceremony location

Option to include guests, but note that this is a shorter, more focused session.

4-Hour Elopement Package

Best For: Couples looking to capture more of their day with added variety in locations.

What's Included: Ceremony coverage and extended couples' portraits. You’ll have time to explore a main area and photograph at a few different spots within that area. Example:

Main Area: West Glacier / Lake McDonald District

Locations: A series of scenic spots around Lake McDonald and additional locations in West Glacier.

Ideal For: Those who want some extra time for relaxed portraits and moments like a small post-ceremony celebration or capturing candid interactions.

Note: The 4-hour package is not enough time to travel outside of West Glacier.

6+ Hours or Full-Day Packages: These are tailored for couples who wish to document the full experience: Ceremony, Couples Portraits, Candid Moments, Activities, Getting Ready, Etc.

What's Included: Coverage from getting ready to your chosen activities, extended couples' portraits, ceremony, and any other moments you want documented. The flexibility to visit multiple areas and/or venture farther for unique shots outside of West Glacier / Lake McDonald District.

Example: Starting the day at your cabin for getting ready photos, a ceremony at a secluded spot, portraits across various iconic locations, and candid shots of a picnic or adventure afterward. This can be customized to fit your preferences.

If you just started planning or do not have a vision for your day yet, starting with the 4-hour package provides a balanced amount of coverage with room to expand based on your vision. Once we dive into planning, you can choose to add more time if needed to fully capture your special day.

1st Step: Inquire about your date

2nd Step: Book your consultation call

3rd Step: Decide on the amount of coverage you’d like for your day.

4th Step: After our call, I will send you the agreement & invoice to reserve your date. The retainer is 25% of the total cost, and the rest is due 30 days prior.

5th Step: Once you’ve paid the retainer and signed your agreement, I will send you over a planning email immediately after booking and we will start planning your day!

Don’t worry - I’m here and I already know you’re being faced with endless possibilities and organizing it might seam over whelming. I am very organized and have a fail-proof system in place to walk you through this step by step. All you need to know right now is your date and a general idea of your day. We will go through the locations, options, timing and everything together during the planning process.

I help with organizing your day of timeline, help you with locations, and give you advice on the area. I tend to do quite a bit of planning / guiding. I do not book accommodations or reservations. If you have specific questions on planning please let me know in our follow-up visit.
